Zomato — order was not placed even though payment was successful. | |||
I had ordered food from chef alladin, garia, kolkata. My payment to zomato was successful through paytm showing paid 125.18 to zomato. But order was not placed. I contacted the restaurant and they verified that no order was placed. Order no.-[protected]. Right now i demand money refund. I need to advise my friends and others to uninstall this app and instead use other better food apps until and unless i get a refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
