Zomato — Payment failed, but no refund received

I ordered cake from zomato 7 days back for ₹623.50 and during transaction, my payment got failed but money was deducted from my bank account. I approached the complaint service, and received a mail saying that refund will be provided soon, but even after 7 days, I still haven't received any refund. Please look into this matter and help me get my refund. Thank you.

I ordered cake of 429 using debit card money got deducted it showed payment failed. Kindly request to refund it to bank.
