Zomato — payment failed during order but deducted money not refund. | |||||
On 14th of September I try to pay bill through UPI ID but somehow payment shows failed two times and money deducted from my account. After 5 days on 19th September payment status show's paid. I message ZOMATO customer service to refund my money but they don't resolved this issue any way. I call to the customer service of State Bank of India for this issue but they responded to contact the food service company for money refunding. Was this information helpful? | |||||
