Zomato — Payment has been deducted but order not placed. | |
I order food from Dominos using Zomato. My payment was completed but the order status shows it wasn’t completed. Although the money is deducted from my account and even the order has not been placed. I tried to contact the support team but they don’t reply. If they align some executive, he/she asks to align some other person and then unfortunately no on is aligned. Clearly, there’s no one to talk to if we come across some issue. Was this information helpful? | |
