Zomato — payment not refunded; order cancelled by zomato

Dear concern,

I have made an order on 17th april at 8:28 pm via zomato app towards nafees restaurant indore.

The amount 587.81 got deducted from my paytm account, but the order status showed cancel due to payment failure.

I repeated the order and made the payment again and the status was successful and food got delivered.

But i have not got the payment refunded yet for the previous order which got cancelled.
I am attaching the screenshot for your reference.
I have raised the similar concern on chat option too, but still no revert has been received.

Request you to please solve the issue as soon as possible.
