Zomato — poor service by rider as well as cc executive

I ordered from a restaurant in Bengaluru named Cake Zone as a birthday present for my friend. Order id [protected] dated 25 June. I entered the address as follows :
201-01, Colive Canberra,
5th Main Road, Abbaappa Layout, Stage 2nd, BTM 2nd Stage
560076
Bangalore

After some time I recieved a message that a rider has been assigned for my order. The rider called me and told me I have entered a wrong address. Here I would like to bring out that I was using the zomato website for placing the order with no option of other than specifying the address for delivery. I made my friend call him ( who actually stays in that address ), but he rudely said address is wrong and disconnected the phone on her face. I called him again however he did not pick up my call.
After two minutes I recieve a call from a customer care agent, a lady stating that my address is wrong. And that when he navigated to the address, he is at the correct location( as per address) but cannot deliver since address is wrong. I cannot gather that when I have clearly mentioned the address, what is the confusion and he is claiming he is at the correct location however he kept diaconnecting the call and not even listening at all. Same was the case with the customer care agent.
This is not only disappointing but a big question mark on the service of zomato. It is not about the money or refund, but how your riders/ customer care respond to orders placed.
Can assigining a new rider not be a solution.
Could he not talk to my friend for a minute and may be she would have guided him correctly. Or rather would have met him and taken the order
Or rather the customer care agent tried to recheck with the rider and clarify the confusion.
But it seemed, the rider was just not interested in delivering the order.
I need a clarification on subject matter from the manager whoever looks after public grievances failing which I will file a complaint on the appropriate channel.
