Zomato — prepaid order payment revert | |||||
I placed a prepaid order from tossin pizza and sassy bawarchi on nov 6, 2018 through zomato app. Due to some unavoidable circumstances i couldn't receive the delivery guys' call and so they got back to their restaurant with my food. When i contacted them they said it was cancelled on zomato's behalf. When i did contact zomato customer care they assured me that i would get my refund in my paytm wallet within 24 to 48 hours (See the attached screenshots). Now they are denying and not refunding the amount as promised. Please help. This is fraud and unethical. Was this information helpful? | |||||
