Zomato — problem with zomato refund status

I've ordered food from coffee and tiffin restaurant (Order i'd -[protected]) this was on november 2019, and yet i haven't received the refund and i've ordered again from bakerstreet pizza ([protected] - order i'd) and i haven't received refund and they're give rrn number through which we can track the refund but i dont think that is useful. I paid using gpay, so kindly refund the amount to zomato wallet so that atleast i can use it again :)
