My documents verification failed morethan 10 times . I submitted all my clear documents but it's failed again and again.i already paid my amount . FE2565645

The payment has been money of rs 1280 and after that I have done with my training when I am going to do profile verification I submitted all documents...after submitting all documents...the document cannot able to submit.
my photo not accepted zomato.they are saying not match with Id proof.But that is my photo.what can I do. please help me.
and other issue is e-bike rent receipt not accepted. I uploaded E-bike rent shop give receipt.
