Zomato — Rain Coat Not delivered.

I am Jiban Jyoti Sahoo a zomato delivery rider, my id is FE418702, MOB :[protected], address Odisha, Bhubaneswar, Nayapalli.
On 13th july 2021 a sum of Rs 500/- i had paid for rain coat through the link provided by zomato application, then a few moments later same amount again deducted from my payout. Now i did not get my rain coat. So contacted to Tl also raised a ticket but i did not get any solution. My request is kindly do the needfull either refund me the 1000/- nor provide me the raincoat and refund the another 500/- which was deducted second time.
