Zomato — received an incorrect order

Dear guys
I have ordered a drink in zomato with my customization as "large"
But received the same order with a total different customization as "regular".

Tried reaching customer support several times.
But their team declined my complaint..
I have not received the order for which i paid. So deal with this complaint as soon as possible.

Transaction ofRs 399 was done to Zomato to place order in BayLeaf restaurant Ranchi and amount
debited from my account but no order placed in BAY LEAF Restaurant Ranchi on 22nd July2019.
Pls.refund the money Rs399 at the earliest
