Hi,
I strongly recommend all to not order from zomato, if you want to order please order through cash on delivery mode.
As i have ordered food from zomato on 10th july 19 and paid for the same through lazypay, but due to some issue order was cancelled and chat support confirmed that refund will be processed in next billing cycle.
But even after 15days refund amount not received, even after following up through mail's and chat regularly.
When i checked with zomato chat support today on refund status 1 of the chat executive confirmed that refund will not be processed due to penalty of cancellation.
Not sure why zomato executive misguided the customer??? If it's non refund amount can customer order food from zomato by cash on delivery and cancel one's when food is nearing to location???
Or will zomato give 15 days credit period for food what customer order??
How can zomato hold customers hard earned money?? They take rbi guide lines when we ask for the refund amount.
Surprised to know that rbi guidelines for refunding customer money back to customer in types of cancellation.
Not expected this kind of support and service from zomato...
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
