Zomato — refund amount in source mode

I orderd some food from zomato, and when i received the food it was not in a good condition, the packaging was not enough secured, and i also found that food was not cooked property its was 50% raw cooked and was not eatable, so i jst raised a complaint in the start they denied to refund and said that (We will escalate the review). And after so many discussion they jst issued an coupen of that payed amount in there app even without my confirmation. I was asking him to refund the money into my source payment mode, but they jst denied, and there is a thing to remember the refunded coupon has validity till 30 june, it means if i don't use it in that time then the coupen will be expired... That means they are bounding us to purchase over there...
