Zomato — refund and delivery issue

Hello Team,

This mail highlights the complaint regarding the service provided by your team especially in the delivery. The delivery boy came to my place not sure and gave me a call, but due to some circumstances I was unable to pick his call.
So he himself took back the delivery without informing us. We waited for a long time after which we were left with no other option other than raising a complaint.

Moreover I order food from your restaurant very often as you can check the previous history, I am using Zomato from very long time and place multiple order in that period.

As per your customer care so called unprofessional way to deal with your customer, he informed me that they called and due to there was no any response we have canceled the food as well as we can not return money.

We order food through app because after order we can seat back and relax till food comes, and regards to address i am not staying in any village that you can reach to address.

If you are saying call is important then why we should use Zomato app and google map. Kindly hire a person who can use at least google map.

As I am the regular customer usually i don't get any calls after placing order that also you can check with my all previous order.
I am also surprise to see that I have ordered sweet box and I was requesting that I can collect this from my side as well if delivery boy don't want to come for delivery but customer care response is that order has been cancelled so no way for delivery and refund that what will happened with sweet box as I think it will not return to sweet shop so ultimately delivery boy will enjoy that sweet box for which I have paid amount and this is a clear cheating with customer as without any product delivery how you can charge amount from customer.
