Zomato — refund for a cancelled order | |||
Hi team, Order no. [protected] I have ordered my food on zomato.. But later i have decided to cancel and order some things else. When i tried cancelling the order they informed thay this order cannot be cancelled as food was already started preparing.. But they have given an option to cancel anyways. I have proceeded with that option thinking they will provide some alternate option But they have simply cancelled the order.. And there is no refund and there is no food for that order.. This way they have taken my money and food. What is use of such option. If they don't wanted to cancel the order they should not keep an option to cancel at any instance.. They will cancel the order and will not refund on that situation it seems. How this is a correct way.. Who is getting benefitted here.. They are simply looting customer's money with this option. First they should remove that option. And I want my money back.. As i have lost my money which i have paid to zomato for no reason. Regards, Raviteja Was this information helpful? | |||

NEED REFUND IMMEDIATELY.
Unpleasant experience. No easy way to reach customer care too.
