Zomato — Refund for order: [protected]

Hi team,

Zomato have very unprofessional services. I had placed order on their website which took almost an hour to reach me. I ordered this and informed delivery boy to deliver this order without making calls as i might be on work call as i was working from home. Still he called me and cancelled my order whereas my address was absolutely correct and zomato charged me total paid amount 168 inr as cancellation charge this is totally fraud. If my address is wrong or i denied order they can cancel order but when address is right just bcuz i havent picked call they cant cancel order and charge complete amount. Also when i texted delivery boy already with alternate no. And details.

Please help me get my refund for such unprofessional service where product is not delievered intentionally by delivery boy and they charged me 168 rs as cancellation
