Ordered 1 chicken fried maggi from hunger maggi point which showed one chicken fried maggi and one egg fried maggi. I received the parcel from the delivery partner and found only one box in it. Immediately called the delivery partner, he said he brought what restaurant has given. On chat with customer support, they said they can't deliver the missing order and can't provide refund and asked me to take it as an exception. Bill is also not provided.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Issue not resolved

    We ordered food from Calcutta kitchen which was worth ₹398 and we ordered it through Zomato the food was stale and some items were missing and when we asked for a complete refund the restaurant refused to pay us back and so did Zomato we tried to lodge a complain complain in Zomato they did not acknowledge or resolve our issue....

    Dear Team,
    I was expecting refund of 22676.45 but only rcvd refund of 10000 for the said order Id. I have attached the screenshot of refund confirmation and cancellation fee waiver provided by your team. Please look into it, as it's the whole months salary for me.

    I have confirmed multiple times with your support team and they said I will rcv a refund of 22676.45.

    I have checked the restaurant about they have not prepared anything for my order as it was cancelled within 5 mins of placing the order. Within 1 mins of placing the order, I reached support for the help. Even swiggy provides 2 mins time to cancel/modify the order after placing the order.

    Your support said cancellation fee is waived off but I am getting message of half amount refund.

    Please refund the remaining amount asap.

      The payment has been money of rs 1600 and after that I have done with my training when I am going to do profile verification I submitted all documents...after submitting all documents...the document cannot able to submit.

      Please resolve and issue or else please refund my money asap......

      Ordered 2 Chicken Hakka Noodles
      The restaurant delivered Veg Hakka Noodles (2 nos) and when we complained to them, they behaved very rudely. Our family members are regularly ordering on Bhaiya Ji's through Zomato. We want decent behaviour from the restaurant.

                  I have ordered food through Mc donalds from zomato on 6th June 2024. The food which was delivered to me and the coke was fully splitted and 3 of the glass was empty fully. I have complained in zomato but they said send me a proper video and photos, I have sent everything which was clearly visible coke is splitting but when I ask for refund they are simply saying that video is not proper we will not provide you with refund.

                    I ordered a waffle box from belgium waffles on 3rd june 2024 at around 3 am
                    it was a prepaid order
                    but due to some circumstances i canceled the order in 3 minutes
                    and as a cancellation charge they charged me an entire sum of rs 541 that is my order value
                    neither they r ready to compensate nor they are willing to send food for the same amount
                    and 541 rs is a big amount and they just say that sorry maam we cannot help u with this
                    plese feel the feedback form
                    on plus of that i have gold membership and still im being charged the enetire amount of 541/- as cancellation charge
                    its completely unfair to a customer who trusts ur service and this is the way you decide to treat them
                    ZOMATO IS FRAUD THEY JUST LOOT THE CUSTOMERS IN THE NAME OF DISCOUNTS

                      Hi, my name is Sandeep Vishwakarma
                      I have ordered the food on Zomato on yesterday 1st June 2024.
                      The online payment was also done from Zomato wallet.
                      Later the food was also rejected from Zomato end and I do not get the refund back in my wallet
                      I have reached out to Zomato on this by they have said you have cancelled and now the refund is not possible, the order got cancelled within 5 minutes

                      I visited to Hotel Shree Durga they have said that Zomato company is doing this kind of fraud with their customers.

I Have Worked With Zomato For Last 2 Years To Work As Zomato Delivery Partner But I Am Not Able To Complete The Order But Any Order Gets Canceled Due To Cancellation Or Incomplete. I Don’t Know About The Difference Between The Two, It Is Incomplete Meaning Our Solution Has Not Come Or The Solution For Cancellation Has Come To US, So Sir, Please Check Whether Zomato ID is Terminated Due To Cancellation, It Is Not My Fault At All, If I Have Found It.                           Items were missing in my order and refund request was denied

                          I ordered food from subway with order ID [protected].
                          One of the items in my order - a protein shake was missing

                          First of all, there is no way to talk to customer service. The bot "Zia" simply asks you to email [protected]@zomato.com which says that it may take upto 72 hours to get a reply which is unacceptable

                          When i did email them about it with all the proof -
                          Pictures of the bill and what i received...
