Zomato — refund fraud | |||||
Made a payment on the 17th october 2018 with order number[protected], for rs 426 on my debit card. Which failed, so i made a second payment from the same card, and the payment failed again. So i have been deducted 852 rs in total from my card and now zomato support says the amount has been refunded. But i've received only 426 rs back in my card and for the remaining 426 rs zomato is asking me to contact paytm for the refund, why should i contact paytm when i paid via my debit card? There was a cancelled order of Rs 152.88 for my Zomato order towards Glen's bake house. I have not yet received my refund and zomato is just shrugging it off.

I have used net banking to pay money of 99.But there is no orders showing and there is no refund.please find me a solution
