Zomato — refund is not done

I had paid money 208 for my food order number [protected] through google pay on 29 september 2019 and money got debited from my account but in my receipt it was written incomplete payment and i again reordered my food in the same hotel shetty's food court and paid my money as cash on delivery. When i tried to reach them by messaging them they didn't even respond to me. I kindly request you to help me out in this and solve my problem.
