Hi zomato, Hey i am order some food on 20-june 2019. My order id - [protected] I m order some food from your appliaction but there is no communication between dilivery boy an me and from your side my order was cancelled and my money was not refund to my account. Please refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will go for legal proccess against this. And dilivery boy was not wait for a while to contact again Was this information helpful? | |||

This is 3rd time I am suffering from it. they send me high salt, uncooked, foul smelling food, even I write a Mail regarding this but didn't dolved my issues. They brive me 150rps but I want my full money back. Now I want my full money back 385+172(previous order) total 557 ruppes.

I ordered food from zomato and payment was made through google pay still my order did not get confirmed. I need a refund . I have attached both the pictures for reference. Resolve ASAP.
