Zomato — Refund not credited to my bank account

I ordered from zomato on 24th July 2022. One of the item was spilled, I shared images with them and got an email saying they have initiated 192₹ in my source and the amount should reflect in my bank account in 2 days. It’s 26th today and I called my bank account asking the Status of my refund. They said they can’t help me on this. That I have to talk to zomato support only. I dropped them an email asking for the refund reference number and all they are saying is, contact your bank. I want my refund from zomato.
