Zomato — Refund not received from Zomato | |||||
Zomato has sent me the message stating that for Order No# 12771486 a refund of my money has been initiated & I will receive my money in 2-7 Days. Its been more than a month but I have still not received any refund. Neither there customer care helpline is working since that time. A. You are not delivering customer's order of food when you claim you will. B. After waiting for almost hours I had to place another order using a different vendor. C. After a lot of hardships I was able to contact Zomato through their chat support platform & they ensured me the refund of my money which I already paid them while placing online food order. Please don't cheat consumer in the name of online delivery & than looting them of their rightful claim of their refunded money. I had ordered with greener side on sunday 09.06.2019vide order ID[protected]. The zomato valet refused to deliver at the address mentioned be me saying that i have asked for delivery at another address. he lied that i asked for different delivery address. I have been receving delivery at the same address. Zomato chat was not working at that time. Mails are not replied to . I was deprived of food as well my hard earned money. Later on zomato chat I was assured my refund is initiated but haven't received the same. Everyday there is new executive to whom I have to explain the querry and he/she assures refund but not received.
Its my request to zomato to train their valet to locate the address, the customer is penalied for their mistake.Further, they should accept their mistake that they could not locate the address not that I was not their or I mentioned wrong address the screenshots of assurance.
Kindly refund the amount and take action against ur valaet Mr. Manoj

I made the payment through UPI payment on 25th December but your order has not been placed but I have the money cut and it is still eight days but so far my money has not reached me.No one is responding.

I have ordered some food in mehfil resturant and the sauces which i have received are getting bad smell ... Now how can i eat my food
I ordered a pastry 3 days ago but the wrong food was delivered . When I complained, Zomato said refund has been sent. I waited but Haven't got into my account yet. I repeatedly told them that the refund show is not happening but there is no response from their side, just ask to wait.
