I'm writing to complain about the refund issue I've been facing with Domino's Pizza. I placed an order (Order ID [protected]) on June 13, 2025, and it was rejected. Despite the order being rejected, I haven't received the refund amount of ₹654.40 yet.

I've contacted Domino's customer support, and they informed me that the refund has been initiated with Refund Reference Number (RRN[protected]. However, when I contacted my bank, they said that the amount hasn't been credited from their side.

I've been patient and have followed up with both Domino's and my bank, but the issue remains unresolved. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the delay in receiving my refund.

I have been ordering from ZOMATO by seeing their PRICE MATCH guarantee information on their app but now i realize everything was a SCAM. It was nothing but a MISLEADING INFORMATION provided by the COMPANY to attract people to order from their app. They are charging almost INR 300 more for each dish and every order and on top of that they are charging again some fees like platform fee delivery fee partner fee ETC. Please take action against this misleading activity of the company. Adding a small fee for the whole order or delivery fees is acceptable but exceeding almost INR 300 for every dish and every order is looting people in daylight.
