Zomato — refund not yet received | |||||
I bought zomato gold membership on 14th october, post that i checked my zomato app and it showed to buy the membership again deleted the app logged in to check still suggesting me to buy the membership. Called up the customer care support they told me to speak to the chat support, did the same as suggested. Didn't receive any solution. They said that i would be getting my refund in 5 to 7 working days till date i didn't receive my amount of rs.1500. Mailed them about the issue, the only email i get in return is the automated reply that they'll look into it and yet they have not reverted me back with a solution. The next thing they say is to check with the bank as the payment didn't hit their server. Checked with the bank, they said they are in the process only till they debit money from my account after that it's not their concern. They said if the money has been debited that means the payment has been done successfully. Have experienced really bad customer support. I have attached the chat and email screenshot to prove that there is no solution to the problem i'm facing till now, it's been a month now. I hope and will appreciate if i receive a solution to this. Please help me as my money is deducted but order is not placed. It happned to me several time . And I did not get my money back.It is becoming money manking process for them i think.
