I have placed my order on october 27th, 2018 at 09:36 pm.

Initially at 09.40pm café cofee day, rs puram, gave me a call and told me the 3 of the ordered items were not available.
I told them to replace the order to sandwiches, and they accepted it.
I asked them specifically if i have to contact zomato and then inform, but the café coffee day executive said no need.
Followed by which i got a call from the delivery executive rajesh (#[protected]), to whom i informed that the restaurant will give the order and told him by house location.
At 09.50pm i got a call from +[protected], an executive from zomato called and said the order is cancelled and refund will be initiated, to whom i again said that the café coffee day executive said that we have accepted the order and no issue.
After which, i was placed on a conference call with the zomato executive and the delivery executive, to whom i again confirmed if any issue prevailed, they said no and it was all fine, and delivery executive hung up.
Five mins later, my order gets rejected from café coffee day. And i texted the customer care and they told me that the zomato tried calling me several times and i failed to pick up and i wouldn’t get a refund.
This is really disappointing as there is no fault from the customer-side.
I would like to receive a refund asap.
I would like to have a concerned team to investigate on this, and get a response asap.
If this is the experience a customer is going to receive, i am highly not going to encourage any of my friends/family to use such a service.
