I ordered 4 veg noodles from paratha Junction, Bangalore via zomato app in the night on 24th october. My order was confirmed and it showed that the delivery boy is out for delivering my order but I didn't recieved any call from the driver nor any text from zomato to collect my order. I talked with the customer support for the same but didn't got any proper response from them. Then I called the shop owner and he gave the phpne to tge delivery boy who was not saying anything properly. So I cancelled my oder of 196 rupees and talked with the customer support of zomato to refund my money for which I got the reply that it will be credited to my account but I didn't got the same. Instead they gave credits of 97 rupees.
Zomato company is not giving any proper response for my complaint.

I was trying to place an order from TQD hinjewadi on 10/10/18 . 143 rs got deducted from my account but then again on zomato app it was asking for CVV hence i cancelled the transaction as money was deducted from my acc. but order never placed. It's more than 7 days but have not got refund amount.
I requested from this app for my parcel

My order not gone correct I have ordered for non veg meal but Zomato had parcel me veg meal for that I am not satisfied

So, i Humbly request you to accept my complain

The order received was cold and stale... And it was so bad I need complete refund of the money...

I have complained before a month and no respond so far...

    Maine 28 October 2018 ko 8:16 pe Zomato ko food order kiya, hotel ne order accept kar liya aur Rs428 mere Paytm account se deduct ho gaye. Kuch der me live tracking dikhati hai your food is on the way aur kuch time baad dikhta hai hotel ne apka order cancel kar diya. Zomato wale kehte hai apka number not reachable tha isliye order cancel & amount cancelation charge me adjust ho gaya.

      I had ordered a food from hash kitchen on 20 October 2018 at 05:48 pm . And i cancelled than in 2 minutes. And than the call is came from them that your money will be refunded to your wallet within 48 hours. But it has been not refunded yet . I need my money back in to the account.

        I have ordered food and paid through paytm then called restaurant he said can’t delivery for 220₹ order atleast 400₹ we will bring them your executive canceled order and no refund due to wrong address. Do you think cheating people’s with your own tactics can get you money. How did you decide without calling for delivery that it is wrong address

          Sat 27/10/18 i ordered pizza from dominoes through zomato app but i cancelled it dominoes confirmed it that my order is cancelled i talked with zomato when will i get refund they saild hold for 48 hrs for verifying after 48 hrs they said we are sorry we can't do anything your order is delivered talk to dominoes i again talk to dominoes they said order is cancelled talk to zomato, but zomato said we can't do anything please help me to get my refund

            Today my wife ordered food from zomato and the restaurant sent me the thali with incomplete things like there was no rice and sweets and also we ordered laccha paratha and there was tandoori roti in it.
            After informing the same to their executive, what he helped me please refer to the screen shots attached below and also when I contacted to the restaurant, he was saying that he will deliver the remaining items tomorrow and their executive is also suggesting me to take the half order tomorrow.

            I just want to ask this that is the the way the matter should be taken care of? If my order is not that what I ordered do I need to have it as you guys don't have any solution?
            I will surely escalate this on my Facebook too so that even my known one's should know the kind of service you give. Also, I've seen one of my friend faced similar kind of issue in the past he also posted like this on facebook. I guess it's your everytime behaviour.

            I hope this will help you guys to resolve this.

            I was ordering an item through Zomato..before placing the order amount 332 was deducted from my account and order was not placed also..please refund my amount..

              I have ordered Garlic Bread [6 Slices] from Slice of Italy through Zomato. The estimated time of delivery was 40-50 minutes. After an hour I called them and they said it's on the way and will reach me within 30 minutes. I again waited for another 30 minutes and then I called them again to ask rider's number. They said rider will call me and didn't give me his number then I waited for another 20 minutes but no call. Then I called the restaurant and asked for rider's number and they gave it to me. I called rider and he said he is going back because he was trying to reach me for last 20 minutes bu my number was not reachable. Then I asked him which number he was trying to reach me, he mentioned the number that doesn't belong to me. I said I only have this number from which I am calling you. He said there is different number registered with my zomato account. I told him many times that I just have the only one number and don't have any alternate number besides it wasn't the first time I am ordering something from zomato. Riders used to call me on this number. He said he is going back to the restaurant. He asked me to cancel the order. I contacted Zomato but they didn't give me my refund though order wasn't delivered even after waiting for around 2 hours.
              I need them to give my refund.

                  Order no. Is [protected], 1st i saw two small container s and wrapped with food panda sticker, after opening the container it found that food is not even half of the container. I raise complaint through chat as well i forwarded photos of container n req. For refund and return of food bt stil no action taken. Make arrangement for collect the food and return the amount to me. I tried the food from same restaurant before this bt quantity of the food was good and today when i ordered from zomato it was so small in quantity.. It is very bad experience to me.
                  Kindly look into the matter immediately.

                        Hi,

                        I have ordered foods on Zomato app but there was mistakenly gave my home address instead of office address on 30th Sep 2018

                        Immediately I have contacted the restaurant and informed them don't prepare my food and cancel it. They agreed to do so. Also informed to the delivery boy and don't take order there was a mistake in the mentioned address was wrong or asked him delivery to my office. Due to some distance(15km) he has refused to delivery.

                        The order was canceled but haven't received the refund amount still.

                          An order was placed an order on zomato mistakenly from my account on oct 24 2018.
                          It was from a known restaurant, so i asked them not to prepare my food and cancel it. They agreed to do so.
                          The delivery boy of zomato was also informed of the same.

                          The information in the order shows that the order was declined as your number was not reachable. Since the food was already prepared/dispatched, cancellation charge equal to order amount will be levied. We have initiated a refund for your order [protected]. Your wallet balance will be restored within 24-48 hours.

                          How can the food be prepared if i have already informed the restaurant not to prepare it.

                          Kindly look into the matter and refund me back my money.

                            Order number [protected]. After inordinate delay of order i received my food cold and stale. Also food quality was pathetic. Curry was having fungus like texture with very bad smell veggies were also not fresh. All in all very disappointing experience..
                            Moreover my account is blocked just after placing my first order. When promised by zomato to unblock they again cheat by not unblocking.

                            Kindly refund me my amount instead of credits. Zomato itself has admitted of foul and bad food quality. I won't be accepting anything less than refund in original mode of payment.
                            Now they have blocked my account but they themselves admitted their fault and told me they will unblock it. I am attaching email where zomato promised me to unblock my account
                            Zomato is desperate to loot customer money and my first order from zomato has turned to be disaster.

                              Can i get a revert on the below???

                              Haven't received my money back still.

                              We have initiated a refund against your order (Id: [protected]) on zomato order. Refund of rs 407 will start reflecting in your account within 2-7 working days.

                              It has been more than a month. Why isn't it cleared still???
                              Would require immediate action rather than another message stating another 1 week clearance notice.

                                Hello,

                                I have placed my order on october 27th, 2018 at 09:36 pm.

                                Order number: [protected]

                                Initially at 09.40pm café cofee day, rs puram, gave me a call and told me the 3 of the ordered items were not available.

                                I told them to replace the order to sandwiches, and they accepted it.

                                I asked them specifically if i have to contact zomato and then inform, but the café coffee day executive said no need.

                                Followed by which i got a call from the delivery executive rajesh (#[protected]), to whom i informed that the restaurant will give the order and told him by house location.

                                At 09.50pm i got a call from +[protected], an executive from zomato called and said the order is cancelled and refund will be initiated, to whom i again said that the café coffee day executive said that we have accepted the order and no issue.

                                After which, i was placed on a conference call with the zomato executive and the delivery executive, to whom i again confirmed if any issue prevailed, they said no and it was all fine, and delivery executive hung up.

                                Five mins later, my order gets rejected from café coffee day. And i texted the customer care and they told me that the zomato tried calling me several times and i failed to pick up and i wouldn’t get a refund.

                                This is really disappointing as there is no fault from the customer-side.
                                I would like to receive a refund asap.

                                I would like to have a concerned team to investigate on this, and get a response asap.

                                If this is the experience a customer is going to receive, i am highly not going to encourage any of my friends/family to use such a service.

                                  I ordered food from zomato under offer, it asked me to pay discounted value but debited full amount without informing, they even don't have customer care number but chat support only and when i contacted them through chat then they are just ignoring me and saying that they can't do anything in this matter so please contact the restaurant. I also have proof of order summary where it showed other amount and debited more amount. It's not just matter of money but also a matter of trust, they should at least provide better service where i can contact them. Please anyone take some action.

                                    I had ordered my usual daily order from zomato 2 days ago and after sometime they blocked my account without informing me and when i tried to email them they and almost after 3 e-mails i got a reply that i have broken protocols from yesterday onwards, i have wrote them so many emails but they're not ready to tell reason behind the blocking and neither am i getting response please do something regarding this as because i believe i have wrongly accused of breaking protocol and have received no reason as to why my account is blocked.

                                      I placed an order from rushhrs - magarpatta, pune on 25th oct, 1:45am.
                                      The total amount of the order was rs 212, for a 'chicken egg problem meal'[including fries and ice tea].
                                      There was no problems as such, regarding the order itself, and was delivered and on time.
                                      However, the assigned delivery guy - mahesh mansingh shedge ([protected]), did not have the remaining change for rs 500, saying that they had to leave all their cash at the restaurant, before making the delivery.
                                      He said that he would bring back the change the next day and i agreed to it since it was late in the night anyway.

                                      Now, two days later, i still haven't got my remaining amount back. I've been trying to contact the delivery guy, but he doesn't seem to be responding.

                                      I would like to have my amount back or at least compensated in a way that i can place an order for the said amount, from the same restaurant.

                                        Today the person who came for delivery (Mustafa) was extremely rude arrogant and unprofessional.. He asked us to come downstairs to pick the parcel and talked in very impolite tone. Iasked him to take back the order but he came and again repeated the same conduct and kept arguing. I think zomato shouldn't engage these kind o[censored]ntrained and rude people.
