Zomato — refund not yet received since 08-11-19 | |||
I had place an order (Pre-paid) through zomato. Firstly zomato and the concerned resturant (Bikanervala) accepted the order to deliver within 30 mins. Latter they have changed it to 90 mins for which as per the advice of delivery boy and zomat customer care executive i had cancelled the order. Order no - [protected] dated 08-11-19 at 11.07 am. Amount - rs 1809 The refund not yet been received by the concerned. The zomato customer executive had two time shared the false information that the refund been processed. Kindly do the needful. I have ordered a Chicken zinger box from KFC. I did a online Payment mode .Money got deducted.and ordered not confirmed. The output message is payment couldn't be processed order no-[protected].i want refund of 227 in my account immediately
