Zomato — refund of inr 55 + inr 515.60 not received

I have ordered mutton briyani worth inr 345 from zomato on 18th september 2019 from shanmukha, hsr bengaluru. The restaurant called me and ask to order chicken briyani worth inr 290. I haven't received the refund yet (Paid by zeta meal card).

I have ordered pizza on 21st august 2019 at stoner ice-creams - burgers - best pizza in koramangala, bangalore. My order was successfully placed but i didn't get the order. So, zomato is yet to give me a refund of inr 515.60 (Paid by zeta meal card).
