[Resolved] Zomato — Refund of payment gateway failure | |
I placed an order on Zomato of a bill totalling 705/- rupees, I paid the order through UPI payment system through their app, but after paying, the amount was deducted from my bank account but Their payment gateway failed, I had to pay through cash on delivery, when approached the zomato customer they keep on saying it will take 3-4 days where as it has clearly been more than a week, it feels like zomato has been trying to scam people, by making them forget about their payments and keeping this money to themselves, please issue the refund!!!

I did an online transaction of Rs.454.25 .7 days is already over.Still they haven't refunded my money.Now they are putting blame on the bank.I suspect they are keeping our money in their pockets.
