Zomato — refund on order cancellation

This is regarding my order on zomato which accidentally got cancelled and I didn't recived any refund from it. When i tried contacting the restaurant they said "it's not thier problem, contact zomato support". When i tried contacting zomato through support chat they said try contacting through mail. It's been more than 3 days there is still no reply. Pls kindly refund my order of rs.280 which i paid through paytm.Thankyou.

Updated by Mparth35 I contacted the restaurant immediately after placing order...the food was not even prepared and i did place my order again. How the hell there is a wastage of food according to your policy when the restaurant denied it. Pls kindly refund my money.
