Zomato — regarding my order | |||||
I had ordered a non veg meal from naan stop express in mahakali which was supposed to come with a complimentary beverage. When i called up the restaurant, they agreed they had messed up but cant send the beverage without me ordering again. I denied as i had already ordered enough so they said they cant help. I reached out to zomato customer service seeking help and the representative told me the same thing and then when i had insisted for the same as i had already paid for it, he said nothing cant be done about it and there is no point continuing the conversation. I dont understand how can they ask the customer to back off when he is asking for something that he has already paid for even if it is the smallest thing. I asked him to compensate if he cant deliver and he straightaway denied. First of all this has been a regular habit with zomato and this is not the first time their customer service has been rude. You cannot stop the customer from asking for something he has already paid for. You should not have the audacity to do that as that is not good customer service unless the customer has an illogical demand, which was not the case here. Zomato needs to take serious account of this incident and clearly tell their reps to be helpful and polite specially when the customer is calmly talking to them logically. The kind of behaviour that was showcased today by zomato is absolutely unacceptable Was this information helpful? | |||||
