Zomato — regarding not return of payment from zomato cancelled order | |||||
As i contacted your customer service about this issue and they confirmed me that my amount payed via paytm will be returned completely within 24hrs i cancelled my order... But now i received a message from zomato that my fund will not be returned due to change of location from my side... But i asked to cancel the order only after your service person assurance of fund return. Or else i would have not cancelled my order... I didn't enjoy my food... Then why should i pay for it then..
