Zomato — regarding refund of payment | |||||
This is regarding a scenario where i placed an order at around 11:15 pm on 13th jan 2019. while the order showed pending for a long time and did not materialize i contacted your customer care chat on the app and was kept on waiting without any result now today is day2 and no refund of my money has been reverted to my paytm account the order number and other details are not shown on my side of the app as well but i did recieve an update early in the morning around 8:20am that the order has been picked up by Mr arjun singh number [protected]. but the order was never recieved and its still showing pending on my app further details of the order are Restaurant Name: Vaishno Snack Corner Time of order : approx 11:15 pm payment timing on:11:19 pm (exactly on my payment details ) amount paid: 120Rs paid to : Zomato media pvt ltd Order #ZTD193019F7E600A441A wallet transaction id: [protected] Phone numeber : [protected] i have no other details regarding the order if you are not able to track the order you can track it through transaction made without a relevant order for that time period.
