Zomato — some of the items were missing from my prepaid order.

I order from mcdonald's using zomato.

The delivery boy never delivered two iced coffee which was mentioned in the bill of the order when it got delivered. Upon delivery i asked the delivery boy about the missing 2 iced coffee he told me that restaurant never gave him those and to contact zomato regarding the same.

When i contacted zomato the told me that they have investigated and the delivery boy is telling them that he had delivered the order. The delivery boy is lying and would have took the coffee for himself as we have already seen zomato delivery boy doing the same before.

The zomato is now taking side of the delivery boy instead of their customer. I order from zomato daily for about a year. I use it for breakfast, lunch and dinner but still this is the customer service they provide. They are indirectly saying that i must be lying and they have investigated and the items were delivered. I already mailed them twice and they don't consider customer opinion at all and would consider delivery persons words more.

This is just because the order was prepaid else i would have rejected the order. Also at time of delivery i tried using zomato support from app but as usual zomato support is always receiving high flow of queries and never really reply instantly and ask to email them.

The amount of 2 ice coffe is not such a big amount. I order daily from zomato and would not lie for such small amount and purpose. But still i won't be paying for something that i dont get. That is totally unacceptable.

Also i can see that there is nothing you can do for prepaid orders as if something goes wrong there is no instant support of zomato on app as promised to users and they always asks to drop a mail that would take more than 24 hours to respond.

I want refund on my 2 iced coffee and if you want you should investigate you delivery boy further. I would not lie for rs.140 but he might. So please hire your delivery boy accordingly as i would not be paying for such thefts as i won't be paying for something that never got delivered.

I have also attached the images for reference that there was no iced coffe at the time of delivery but it was mentioned in the bill.

Kindly check the images to see that i received only 1 package and it has the bill of all the product but can never accommodate 2 iced coffee in it.

The 2 iced coffee were never delivered and i want a refund for the same.
