Zomato — sort out this pathetic delivery experience

I’m writing because your delivery service today was an absolute mess. I ordered a pizza, and your delivery guy didn’t even bother coming to my door. No call, no message, nothing. Instead, he handed my order to some random person who just said it was mine. How is that even acceptable?

I paid for my food and I didn’t receive anything. This is irresponsible and careless.

I want a full refund immediately, and I expect you to fix whatever kind of “verification” your delivery partners think they’re doing — because this was just ridiculous.
