Zomato — spilled food delivered - could not eat-no refund from zomato

We have orderred from lapinos pizza with order no [protected] using card on 25 sept 2020. The ordered delivered was not in good condition and all the food was spilled and must hav been dropped by delivery executive. We have contacted the customer support and they say sorry and cant help. I have spend in 959.96 after all the offers and discounts and want my full refund. My money is not free to forget. We told the customer support to refund ful or reorder, initially they agreed for refund of 636.50 and later denied that also. So frustating with them, what do the ythink of themselves becasue they are on other end and can take any decision they like to. Im so frustated and annoyed with this bad behaviouor of this customer person.
