Complaint marked as Resolved I have made a complain 1 hour before about the rubbish food, now I see zomato also steal customer money from Credit card. You have already took the money from my credit card and again you have charge by cash of$745 food that I ordered.
First I try with my credit card which says " transaction failed", I thought my credit card did not go through, my daughter wanted to order so.ething else but when it says transaction failed then I ordered somethingse and I choose by cash option. Now I open my credit card online and see from New Delhi " Zomato media has charged $13.01.
So, Zomato steals customer money from their credit card too. I should be officially filling q fraud case against zomato, and top of it you engaged all those rubbish store to deliver food which is dishonest way to rip off customers.
Return my money $13.01 and the money from my 2 days food. Now I understand zoomato's game plan. This is a warning to return my mo ey which is not yours. And make it sure none touch my credit card any further.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
