Zomato — suspension of account | |||
Hi, This is vishesh mehta, i have been using and enjoying zomato from more than four years and is really an active user. But from the last 1 week i am not able to login to my account it seems like my account is blocked, this is really not helping me. I don't know why i am not able to login to my account without any information from there side how can my account be suspended and i can't use any of the services concerned with this application. After a great experience from zomato i even applied for zomato gold to enjoy more services but now i am even not able to use it. I have also raised so many complaints and write to them but i did not get any reply from them. I also paid for zomato gold and never used it even a single time then how can one suspend someone’s account without even any notice. I kindly request you to help me out with this issue asap so that i won't face any problems further and can continue to enjoy the services as earlier.
