Zomato — they cheat by not giving me the right number of items | |||
I ordered a total of 4 burgers from kfc. I received only 2 of them. I have photo and video proof. I raised complaint via chat. They insisted that i send them email. I sent them many emails but they kept saying i should have received only 2 burgers. 10 days have passed like this. Finally thought i should take it upto this forum to complain and get proper reimbursement. I would like to complain about 2 people who handled my case via mail. Ekta dixit and ayush raj. The problem is that they do not understand how much ever i try explaining them. A combo i bought consists of 2 burgers. If i order 2 combos, i should receive 4 burgers. How is this hard to understand? Why do they keep avoiding and saying i should receive only 2 burgers? Am i a fool to spend 600rs on 2 burgers? Make sure to give them proper training. Order id is [protected]. Please investigate and give proper resolution. I have attached photo and video proof. Edit: i do not know why it is not attaching the video proof.
