Zomato — transaction failed and money still not reverted | |||
Hi sir, My order no is [protected] Order placed on july 16, 2019 I placed a order by using my phonepe which i used soo many times but on 16th july the order is not placed because of transaction failed beacuse of your zomato app and my money is deducted from my account i.e. 101 . So many times i talked to zomato support but no use of it as sometimes they were saying okay wait 24 hours we will released your money and you get it but noo it is wrong and sometimes they were saying contact your bank and contact your phone pe...as i remind you sir ..."i talked to phonepe support their is no problem as i have messages to as i received with my successful orders too And no problem with my bank transaction ...i have my all messages in which my money is deducted from bank and message of my phonepe too where transaction is successful...
