[Resolved] Zomato — transaction failed money deducted but not reverted yet | |||
Hello This is to inform you that, on 26 april 2018 two times tranasaction failed automatically when i was ordering food from zomato, and payment has been deducted from my account (Two times rs 5131.50) and they havent credited yet. I am not able to connect with any customer service representative of Zomato. They have wrongly deducted more than 500 rs from my paytm account. There is no active number to contact them. I am not sure what to do? And how to resolve this issue. Kindly help!
