Zomato — unauthorized charges o[censored]ndelivered order

I have ordered lunch worth rs 270 from zomato (Milan restaurant, bhopal) on april, 2nd, 2019 (Bhopal). The delivery boy reached wrong location which was not feeded by me online while ordering, and hence they cancelled my order. It was a technical issue of zomato and now they are charging me the same amount of my order for next order. Their customer care no. Is also not responding. Why should i pay for the food which i have not even received because of zomato's fault? I am not interested to pay the same.. Please look into the issue. Unnecessarily they are charging their customers because of their fault. Pathetic service of zomato. Highly dissatisfied.
