Zomato — Upi refund from zomato

This is the issue of 13th march 2020.

I have applied for the zomato gold.
Which at that time they were giving on 50% discount for a year.
I purchased it for 899 via google pay.
But as the time flies i have not been able to use it.
Later i decided to file a complaint.
I mailed zomatogold team and explained everything in detail.
And they took too much time in responding with the subject matter.
They said that we are sorry.
Then i asked them to start with the refund procedure.
They said that your amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
I waited and waited and waited.
But i have not received my refund back.

So i decided to write them back they took too much more time than which was promised time to respond.
Few days later they said that we have processed your refund amount.
I check the passbook entries but i did not found that reverse transaction.

So again i mailed them regarding the same.
This time they said try to connect with the bank.
I waited for couple of days then i headed to my bank which is state bank of india.
They said we are not able to help you with this.

So again i mailed them regarding the same.
Later they did not replied to my mail at all.
I just received an automated mail.

They just issue me a new ticket and send this mail - "please note that as mentioned earlier that payment failure happens from the bank's server and if your did not received the amount till now. It is requested to connect with the bank for further details upon the transaction."

they are not providing any help or solutions.

I have raised dispute in the google pay as well but they are not even concerned about this.
It is still showing- that your dispute has been raised. We will look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
