[Resolved] Zomato — very urgent regarding food | |||||
I have order the food for which i have paid online and order was confirmed from the zomato side. And i was waiting for the food so long.. And after delivery time i contacted the restaurant they replied that they will not deliver the confirmed order for which i have paid. Then i complaint to the zomato customer care they asked me to place another new order from other restaurant. I made the second order and made the online payment. Now they are not delivering the second order for which i have paid again. I am very hungry and now i will not get food anywhere right now. What i should do? They are doing fraud just charging for ordering food online and not delivering the food. I think today i have to sleep in hunger. Contact me at ashu.
