Zomato — without discount of 50% deducting money from paytm | |||||
Dear Sir Yesterday on[protected] I have ordered food from mobile app of ZOMATO at apporx 3.30 pm in Jaipur. I hvae opted for the code given by you SUN50 for 50% discount. The rates of Classic Chicken Burger was 130 and Tandoori Chicken BUrger was 170 total bill 300 on which I have to get 50% off of Rs. 150. But the things which happened shocked me: 1. Without taking my permission you deducted Rs. 300 from my Paytm (there was no OTP or any Final intimation for making payment) Directly the money was deducted and order was placed. 2. When I have filled the column for Promocode by SUN50 either you should give me discount or you should deny the order, why you placed the order without discount. 3. When I tried to call on the contact number of JBT as provided on your app [protected] it was switched off. 4. Finally when I started chatting with customer care and complained about the incident, nothing went forward and it was showing the error that "Cant connect to server!". Non of your customer care people contacted me. I didnt picked up the food than also your app was saying that I have picked it up. How hopeless your system is, you have ruined my Sunday. Kindly take my complain seriously and take necessary action against the incident. Or I have to complain against your company in Consumer Court. Was this information helpful? | |||||
