[Resolved] Zomato — worst experience - first time i order delayed for an hour.. still waiting for food | |||||
I have ordered food at 9:00 pm and am still waiting for food. Shall post the exact time when the food will be delivered to me. I have placed food order from indian cravings greater kailash - 1 and they promised me to deliver it in 1 hour but it's 10:50 pm right.. Still no clue when they will deliver the food. I called up zomato customer care but not getting any satisfactory answer, they are not even calling me back nor picking the call. The worst food service i have seen so far. I'm zomato Rider, couple of days ago I got terminated... So I go to andheri office to ask the reason for terminating... So they told me that we don't know any reason.. ye sab upar se hua hai... Hum kuch nahi kar sakte... & box of this I dnt get my salary... so plz help me if any one is there for justice...
