Zomato — worst response for customer representative | |||
I ordered food on Zomato and I applied promocode for the same For the payment I attached my paytm wallet What happened is after applying promocode I saw the revised amount and after payment the actual amount was deducted from my paytm wallet. I try to cancel it and report an issue, but cancellation is not possible. I got a call back and the representative told that is due to a technical issue that promocode is not applied to the order and she promised to send the discount amount to my wallet. That didn’t happen and after while I try to reach again seeking about the wallet amount. They are simply saying it is not possible and they don’t know who called me.. and they can’t do anything. They are playing with us. One representative promising something and others don’t know and not ready take any further investigation. The second guy whome I chat with made me write this due to his arrogance in speaking to a customer. Totally disappointed with Zomato Was this information helpful? | |||
