Zomato — Wrong order delivered twice, but no resolution | |
Order no :[protected] I ordered a banana split ice cream for 149rs and i received a banana milkshake. I immediately contacted the chat support with the images but i got a message saying there is too much inflow, hence to drop a mail at zomato email id. Order no :[protected] I ordered a cheesy tot and pancakes worth 240rs, but i got waffles. I immediately contacted the chat support with the images of the wrong product but i got a message saying there is too much inflow, hence to drop a mail at zomato email id. I have not got a response for either of the orders nor a resolution. I tried calling the customer care provided on google but neither works. Zomato really needs to wake up!!
