Zomato — wrong way amount deducted | |||
I have placed the order cash on delivery so he don't get discount on cod so i was canceled the order there was no one confirm that i was canceled so same amount was deduct how disgusting without information how was my amount deduct i want refund my amount any how my order was 138 rupees deduct without any information it was wrong way i really hurted it Was this information helpful? | |||

I had ordered for veg hakkah noodles but got chicken noodles.This is highly unacceptable we belong to a pure vegetarian restaurant.we have been a regular customer of zomato but this incident has broken all trusts.this is very wrong on their part, highly disappointing.

My order in zomato is rejected . The paid amount is initiated to refund in my bank account . Still i didn't receive the payment. ₹113.95 . Refund reference number: 300010830483031623424 . But the Zomato informed me that the amount is refunded . I attached the image of the proof . I request you to take my complaint and resolve it .
