Zomato — zomato blocked my account and my credits are still there | |||||
This is to inform you that my zomato account has been blocked without information for complaining about a restaurant. I have almost 281 rs in my credits account so either zomato should pay me money or unblock my account. My email registered with zomato is [protected]@outlook.com. Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 14, 2018 Updated by Delhikabiker Anmol So after requesting them for unblocking my account i was given a reason for frequent complaining . I ordered only 2 times from zomato their restaurant is pathetic and when I complained about it my account was blocked with a balance of 281 rupees upon asking them to transfer the credits to my paytm wallet or any other mode so they denied my request. I want my money or unblock my account so that I can use my zomato credits  | |||||
