Zomato — zomato is fraud | |
The delivery boy wasn't able to contact me and he returned back and i called his number and it wasn't going thru and it was an ivr to zomato merchant line. And contacted chat support (Vivek singh) they said that delivery guys tried to reach me and he wasn't able to do so so they cancelled it. I was waiting for more than 1 hour and now they are saying that they cannot refund my money as it was my mistake that delivery guy was no able to contact me.
